Hello Pragma,
When I send information to printer it does display on the screen of the RF but the printer is not printing.
I ran all possible tests on the RF device which gives positive results. But not sure what is going on ... why it is not printing. Please help ...

Hello,
Make sure that you are running the latest telwrite.exe. If you do not have the last version, you can get it from our ftp site:
ftp://ftp.pragmasys.com/dropbox/
File Name: telwrite_v7.exe or telwrite_v7_64.exe
If you continue to encounter problem with the telwrite program, send us an email with detailed description of your telwrite problem and send the email to: support@pragmasys.com.
