How can you assist Pragma Technical Support Group in troubleshooting your issue?

One way to help Pragma Technical Support Group in troubleshooting your issue is to provide them with your "server operation log file".
To enable server operation logging, launch Local FortressSSH Configuration manager from Windows Start menu > Pragma Server Management. Click on Logging. Select the "Server Operation Logging" check box and set the slider to "6". In the field below the slider lablled "Directory", specify the folder location where you would like to save the generated server operation log file(s). Click on the Apply button.
After configuring the above, run through your scenario and produce the issue/error. The transaction between Pragma SSH/Telnet Server and your client as well as the console application launched by the Pragma SSH/Telnet Server will be captured in the log file.
