If we are using pragma SSH server first on the windows server. Do we need to uninstall and install again after we receive the license.

You do not need to uninstall to enter the license. Please see https://www.pragmasys.com/ssh-server/topics/idh-registration.htm for tips on how to enter your license after using an evaluation version. For the clients you can use the About dialog to enter the registration key.
