Hello,
Can I move telnet server license which was installed into a server to another server? Or do I have to buy another license even thought I will not use the telnet server on the original server?

Hello,
You can move your license to the new machine as long as the old server is no longer in use. If you use the old system, even for testing you will need to purchase a new license.
