Hello,

Yes, Pragma's Fortress SSH server and Client solutions are FIPS 140-2 certified.

Furthermore, FortressSSH Server and Client solutions have been recently put on U.S. Department of Defense's Unified Capabilities (UC) Approved Product List (APL).  That means that any branch of the U.S. military or Federal Agency can readily purchase Pragma FortressSSH version 5.0 to fulfill their ssh/sftp/scp needs as it meets the government's stringent security requirements.

As you consider the best solution for your security needs, many of our competitors might state that they have various government certifications, including using other companies FIPS certificates as their own.   Do not be fooled by these statements.  Pragma FortressSSH is the ONLY SSH solution on the market that is not only FIPS certified, but has also passed the US Army's Testing Integration Center (TIC) testing/validation process.
