Hello,

In order to make SSH connection a Windows machine (running Pragma FortressSSH server) that is part of one domain using an user account from another (trusted) domain, you need to modify the permissions for the PragmaSystems registry key located under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software on the machine where Pragma FortressSSH is installed. You need to add "Everyone" to the PragmaSystems subkeys and give "Everyone"  read access.

Please note that a permanent fix for this issue will be made available in the next "revision" release of Pragma FortressSSH version 5 build 9.

Thank you,
