Hi everyone,

I would like to know how I can close orphan sessions or duplicate sessions?
Currently I have two users at Local Server Configurations Default and other as "rfuser", but some sessions appear twice. Same Client Host (IP) with Link status Connected and Waiting reonecting and sometimes same Client Host with Lick status Connected in Pragma Session Manager.

I actived option Idle Session Timeout to 20 min and Server to client heartbeat to 5 min, but doesn`t close sessions in that time.

Can you please assist.

Regards,

Yenny

Hello,

You configured the correct options on the server side. If these options are not closing the session, it is possible that the client (or access point) might be keeping the session open. If we receive any data or signal from the client, we will keep the session open. Please check your client to see if has any kind of keep-alive feature configured.
