Hi tlockhart,
This error means the server that you are connecting to does not support the fsetstat command.
What server are you connecting to? If you are connecting to Pragma SSHserver, then you can use server side "status"sftp logging to see the specific error from the server side. We need that specific error information to further trouble shoot this issue.
