Hi,

When I install Telnet Server 2000 in 8-processors service(windows server2003), it occurs an error "Error 1920.Service InetD failed to start.Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services". But I can

install in  4-processors service.

Do you know what's the problem?

The version you listed is the latest build and revision. In your first post you refer to TelnetServer 2000 which is not licensed for 8 processors, but the version you give is TelnetServer V7.0 which is licensed for 8 processors.

Please email support@pragmasys.com with your registration key so that I can confirm your license and provide you with an 8 CPU license if yours is for less.

If you plan on installing on two machines then you would need two licenses no matter the processor count. You must have a license for any system you plan on allowing telnet access to with our server.
