hi

I just migrated from tertiar to pragma.

And I have complete the setup of all server profile connection.

Now, when I'm trying setup this client connection. I get the error message in the subject. I have created a new keys and issue the public key for my destination setup. I'm connecting using the Sftp command and identify is the private key.

Would you be abled to advised what other setup I'm missing

Please check the Event Viewer under Applications and Services Logs -> Pragma Fortress SSH Server, also accessible from the "View Event Log" button on the Logging page of the Local Server Configuration program.

There should be an error event at the time of the failed logon. The details will explain why you are unable to logon.

Most likely the problem is that your user has not been granted access to the server. This can happen if the user is not a valid Windows user with Log on Locally rights or has been restricted access by using one of our User or Group restriction options and the user is not a configured user or member of a configured group.
