Virtual sub-directory

Group: Forum Members Posts: 1, Visits: 6	Hi! I am trying to create virtual directories into Pragma maintaining the same estructure than in UNIX. I would like to know if it is possible to create virtual subdirectories, meaning: for example I have folder D:\test1\testap\ and D:\test1\testob. I just want to be able to access/view testap folder, but it must be a virtual subdirectory of test1 folder. This is, when I sign in to the server through sFTP I want to see /test1 folder and inside this /testap and all its corresponding subdirectories. Please let me know if you can't understand what I'm trying to do here. Thanks!i

Group: Administrators Posts: 81, Visits: 180	Hello, We do allow you to configure virtual directories with our sftp server. Under the SFTP Users page (or SFTP Groups, or SFTP IPs) you can create a user or use the Default configuration. On this page, click the Virtual Directories radio button, then assign your virtual directory test1 to the path d:\test1. At this point to restrict the user from seeing any other subdirectories, you would use the NTFS file system to restrict the user from any other subdirectories other than the directory you want them to have access. For example, you would deny them access to the testob folder, and grant them read/list access to the testap directory. Beth Redd
