Hello,

Please make sure you have "Monitor Child Processes" feature enabled (located under Local Server Configurations > Users > Default or your configured user). Also, you may want to enable the "Record Terminated Processes" feature which creates a log for each terminated process under Application Event Log. Hope this helps.

Thank you,

Hello Pragma,

I have 20+ plus users in a warehouse environment that use RF guns to connect to our SAPconsole through Pragma Telnet Server. When the telnet session terminates due to the RF guns going out of range, isn't telnet supposed to close the SAPconsole processes? I seem to have multiple SAPconsole processes lingering on. How do I get Pragma TelnetServer to close the processes started through telnet? Let me know.

Thank you.
