Hello,

Please check the Windows Event Viewer Application Log for an error event to see if there as an issue with the Auto Logon credentials. The auto logon configuration might have been changed, or the credentials might have changed since the auto logon was configured.

In version 7 Build 9 Rev31 windows 7
functionality always presents authentication error to the client and displays the login screen where you insert the same credentials configured in auto logon access is granted.

Hello Mr. Smart,

Yes, Pragma TelnetServer does support the auto-logon feature. To enable it, bring up the "Local TelnetServer Configuration" dialog. Select the InetD option and then select TelnetServer. Now, click on the Autologon button. A new dialog will open up. Select the "Enable auto logon" check box and enter the username, password and domain information for the account that will be used for logging in automatically.

NOTE: It is highly recommended that when the auto logon feature is enabled, the default telnet port of 23 be changed to some other port in order to prevent unauthorized access.

Thank you,

I need to automatically log on to Pragma TelnetServer and execute a batch file. Does your telnet server support auto logon? If so, how do I enable it?
