Dear Pragma Forum,
I would like to know how can I get my user do disconnects from telnet server after been idle for a time?
This will be very handy because I have only 5 connections licensed but only 2 users used them, but from time to time I receive a message that users cannot log on because there is more sessions available to connect.
Can you please help.
Thanks,
Regards
Ilps

There are two ways to close inactive sessions, preventing orphan sessions.
The first is the Server to Client Heartbeat under the Users -> Handheld page. This will send a signal to the client after the configured period of time, then disconnect the session, if the server does not receive a response from the client.
The other is the Idle Session Timeout under the User General Settings page. This will shut the session down after a fixed period of inactivity.
