Hi, the Pragma Systems SFTP server uses the credentials and security context of the user the logged in for that SFTP session.  This gives you the full control via the MS Windows authorization capabilities.  This is a big advantage of Pragma Systems SFTP over others.

We also allow you to limit the accounts which can connect by Group or individual account names as well as control over where the root directory is for each user or Group.

I hope this helps, and please be sure to let us know if you need more information or perhaps you'd like to see any further features around this topic.

Cheers,

Steve

Does your SFTP handle user security context, like Windows manages file system?  Or, do all SFTP users have same rights to the files under the SFTP directory?

Thanks in Advance!
