connect fail with Tectia key

Group: Forum Members Posts: 1, Visits: 4	Hi I met an issue after upgrade Fortress from Tectia. The key which was generated by Tectia before. Now the Tectia will be upraded to Fortress. Then I use the old Tectia key to connect server with the command line, but unfortunately the result is negative. The interesting thing is that build the connection with the same key via the FortressCL and the result is positive. Any idea how to resolve this issue because I don't want to regen the key one by one..

Group: Administrators Posts: 81, Visits: 180	Hello, Our command line clients do not support the Tectia format key. You will have to generate a new key using our sshkeygen utility to work with the command line clients. Please see our online help files at www.pragmasys.com/ssh-server/topics/idh-sshkeygen.htm for information on how to use the sshkeygen tool. Beth Redd
