As my local server config gets more and more complex, I thought about what it would take to recover the server in a disaster scenario. I saw an article on this forum that basically says to write a script to export HKLM>Software>PragmaSystems registry key. I have since done so and it's saved on a remote file share.

Is that enough to recover the server? What if server (or my site) is lost? Would I just import the reg key and reinstall Pragma? I notice there's an "Export Settings" button in General Settings. It generates three .pcfg files. How does that compare to exporting the registry key? Is there a way to script executing the export settings from the command line? A command-line option to export settings perhaps?

I'm using Pragma Fortress SSH version 5.0, build 9, revision 1584. I am using an Advanced Enterprise license.

Thanks!
