Hello,

Things to check. Please change these suggestions one at a time, running a test after each change.

1. On the User main page, set to Full Console
2. On the Console settings page, toggle your setting for "line by line screen comparison"
3. On the Console Settings page, toggle your setting for "Clear to eoln..."

Also see https://www.pragmasys.com/products/support/handheld-config for our best practices recommendations.
