We have had an intermittent issue on our site where our users are trying to connect to our WMS system through pragma and are unable to type any characters.  When they do type into the keyboard the screen just shows the ^^^ symbol.  They are able to log into pragma OK, this happens when they try and login to the WMS system itself.

Just to note this issue only lasts for around 20 minutes before seeming to rectify itself.

I just wanted to see if anyone had heard of this issue before I refer it to the WMS vendor.

We are currently using Pragma Telnet Server Version 6.0 build 13 Revision 166 on a windows 2003 Server with Service pack 2.

Anyinformation you can offer would be gratefully received.

Hello,

It's likely that another program is running at the time of the intermittent character issue. Please check the Windows Task Manager to see if a program that is not normally running is running at the time of the key presses not working.

It appears that the WMS program is not getting the full key event, so is just showing the Control character. If there is some port monitor running it might be intercepting data from the client and server causing the incomplete packets.
