issue with fortress scp key

Group: Forum Members Posts: 4, Visits: 9	Hi I am new to Pragma Client tool. What i am doing is. 1. I have pragma Client tool installed on windows 2008 R2. 2. I want to sftp to Linux Redhat server using key based auth. 3. I created the private key/pub key using the GUI tool and saved both keys on my desk top of server. 4. I tested the connection from GUI tool by adding the private key under authtication tab. I copied the pub key under Linux server user .ssh/authorized_keys file. Connection was fine and it was not asked for any password. 5. Now when i use same in command line for sftp to same server .. sftp -i myprovatekey.ppk user@server I got error " RSA unable to digest the key too long..." and password was asked. Please advise what is worng here. I used to do same in putty psftp and it always worked. Please help... Edited 10 Years Ago by haribol
